Gold package
This plan is for the person who wants to workout at home and/or in the gym using an app. Plus, you have access to our 3 weekly live workouts (on-demand recordings are also available).
Your customized plan will be based on your goals, your body and the amount of time you are able to commit to your workouts.
$150 per month plus a one-time $99 app set up fee.
Silver package
This plan is for the person who either wants a workout plan for either at home workouts or in the gym using an app.
Your customized plan will be based on your goals, your body and the amount of time you are able to commit to your workouts.
$89 per month plus a one-time $99 app set up fee.

Please note that when you purchase a Gold or Silver package you must also purchase the $99 one-time app set-up which includes a one-on-one initial consultation with Terri Good via Zoom. If you miss your zoom/phone call appointment, your check in will default to an email check-in.
If you choose to cancel your package, you must give a 30-day cancellation notice.
